How to get json data from particle photon?

I have connected bmp280 to my particle photon, i want to be able to generate json from particle photon that i can consume on flask app on heroku .If there is any tutorial how to do the json part from particle photon or anything better approach i am really interested to do…

Any help will be greatly appreciated…
