Daisuke, that module needs a minimum of 3.7V input to boost to 5V or more. A LiPO battery can provide that but NOT two 1.5V batteries for example. Polulu has a step-up regulator that will provide 5V with as little as 0.5V input with maximum 1.2A current. That may be more suitable for you.
