To do what? Operate the microcontroller, the modem, both, sleep, etc?

Thanks for the link. I see that the Operating Current (Cellular ON) is 180 to 250mah for normal use but I do have one question in Peak Current (Cellular ON) is states that 800 for 3g and 1800 for 2g in what conditions would this uses this amount?
