I sitting and planning a project where i like to test the new mesh devices but before i even start i was thinking about how long way between the mesh devices is enabled to have?
Do we talking 10 meters? 100 meters?

There's no official number published yet but the guideline is 10s of meters... maybe up to 30m line-of-site. There is some discussion on this thread about testing the mesh network stability:
