Getting battery level of asset

Hi there,

I purchased a particle asset tracker. And while I know you can get all the information about the tracker itself, I want to attach it to my bike, and was wondering if I could get the battery level of my bike sent through the asset tracker. My bike is an electric bike and has Bluetooth installed.

What is the best way to transmit battery information of the bike?

What’s the highest voltage of the battery back fresh off the charger ?
You can use a Voltage Sensor Breakout board, or a simple voltage divider.

Is it possible to hook it up straight to the wiring of the bike/scooter

How do bird/spin manage to transmit battery level of their bikes through the particle. I know they hardwire the particle into the scooter, but was just wondering if anyone had any leads i could follow
