Electrons Newly onboarded to Product stuck in OTA Loop

I have burned DeviceOS 1.4.3 firmware + bootloader + Application firmware via SWD in our In-Circuit-Tester (ICT). All goes well… until I reboot the unit, and then the Electron gets stuck in an OTA update loop.

This happens on all electrons that go through our ICT. Any ideas as to why this would be happening?

Could you please create a ticket at support.particle.io and send us the DeviceIDs so we can pull the logs to see why the devices are stuck in an OTA loop.
