Boron LTE w/ Solar- Trials

Without getting bogged down with the actual data, I wanted to share my excitement about the preliminary results from Boron LTE’s on Solar. Keep in mind, no Stop or Sleep Modes are available in 0.8.0-rc.25. These are just a baseline (Online 24/7, Publish every 5 minutes) for later comparison once we have low power modes.
