Create Webhook via API call

Hi guys,

I have created webhook successfully via console. Now I want to create it programatically.

I have a webform that accepts webhook parameters and should create it. The docs here
(https://docs.particle.io/reference/device-cloud/webhooks/) says you can only create it from console and cli.

I may have missed something, maybe it is already implemented. Maybe some people have done the same thing. Can you please point me at the right direction?

If this is not yet available via an API call, can we please add it as a feature?
