Core without CC3000/wifi

I have browsed in the forum for my question but could not find plain solution.
If someone could point me to a topic I will be pleased.

Is it possible to build a board without wifi?
My intention is to design a board that can be programmed using jtag and local ide.

You can… but probably better off using an Arduino no?

The core is special for the connectivity to Internet. Unless you are saying a wired ethernet version!
