Can't open CLI from command prompt

I have intalled node, python, dfu, microsoft build. I have followed the commands for installing the cli and connected my device in listening mode, when I type “particle setup” to open the spark cli on the command prompt I get the error
" ‘particle’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file."
what could be wrong with the program?

Although I think I might have messed up the DFU driver install, the last part to be more specific. The part that says “Adding DFU Util to windows path”. I dunno which directory I have to add it to.
