I new to building with Spark core and using breadboards in general. I’m pretty sure you can power spark core with a battery but can anyone suggest which battery to use?

the Spark Store (https://store.spark.io/) has a rather comically shaped battery board for the Core. There’s also one in development which should be a bit more, professional looking
it would be nice to ask your questions in a same thread though they are differing questions so that we can answer it at one go.
