App that gives access to Particle variables, events and function

Is there an (android) app that implements the API requests to access variables, functions and published events with a friendly UI? Particle cloud functions are simple, already built in the firmware and dependable.

I don’t like to add Blynk code and overhead into my application although the app is very nice and easy to use, and I gave up on building a simple webpage with javascript because I don’t have a secure hosting solution.
{IFTTT+DO button } do the job but it’s two apps and IFTTT increases energy consumption on my phone because it connects frequently. I want an app that connects only when I open it, to check status and change settings when needed.
I’ve searched the forum with no success, so if you have solutions please enlighten me!
