After load new Firmware 0.4.6 system will not coming up

Hi,
i have execute

dfu-util -d 2b04:d006 -a 0 -s 0x8020000 -D system-part1-0.4.6-photon.bin
dfu-util -d 2b04:d006 -a 0 -s 0x8060000:leave -D system-part2-0.4.6-photon.bin

the System is not coming up.
I have reset many Times.
I use following Steps
Set the Photon Duo V1.0 in the DFU-Mode the yellow Led is blinking, then i execute the Commands

dfu-util -d 2b04:d006 -a 0 -s 0x8020000 -D system-part1-0.4.6-photon.bin
dfu-util -d 2b04:d006 -a 0 -s 0x8060000:leave -D system-part2-0.4.6-photon.bin

after the execute the Last Command the yellow Led is off and only the blue Led near D7 ping is on.
I press the Setup and Rest Button, I release the Reset Button and what that the LED is magenta blinking.
Then RED led will blink 3 Short 1 Long 3 Short.

What can i do to reset the System

Hoping to disperse a bit of confusion, what device are you using?

There is no "photon Duo V1.0". There's the Particle Photon, and there's a Redbear Duo, both using the particle ecosystem. You can't flash Photon firmware to a Duo, since they're different boards.
Disregarding that, is there a reason why you'd prefer 0.4.6 over 0.4.9?

Hi Moors7,
yes you are right.
I have check the Platine printed Version (Duo V1.0).
I use the instruction from
https://docs.particle.io/support/troubleshooting/common-issues/photon/
but when i use the
dfu-util -d 2b04:d006 -a 0 -s 0x8020000 -D system-part1-0.4.9-photon.bin
dfu-util -d 2b04:d006 -a 0 -s 0x8060000:leave -D system-part2-0.4.6-photon.bin
i get the same result.
After RESET/SETUP => SETUP/magenta LED => Red LED 2 Short 1 Long 2 Short Blink.

So you’ve got a Redbear Duo I assume…
That means you can’t use the Photon instructions, nor can you use the firmware, because it’s a different device. You can’t install Android on an iOS device either, they’re not compatible.
I suggest you check these docs:
https://github.com/redbear/Duo/blob/master/docs/dfu.md

Hi Moors7,
many Thanks for your hind.

The Board is now working.
I must check now which Board is better the Redbear/Photon:
You have a meaning ?

Lothar

And if we are still unable to decide if it is a Particle device or not - shot a photo of it and post here

BTW: Even if it was a Particle Photon this would not work anyway

Both parts need to have the same version number.

Problem solved
Problem is use Readbear Device and not Photon.
