3rd Party sim card Particle cloud costs

Hi,
in a project our customer want use they 3rd party sim cards.
We know about some limitation but acceptable on it from the reading of support’s documentation

The focus now is about the costs.

If our firmware solution still use the Particle Cloud system (publish,fota,functions etc…) also with this 3rd party SIM we probably need to pay for it…

So…how we can calculate this cost by month per device for include it in our business plan?

Hi @Stivi72

Typically we discourage using third party SIM cards at scale. I’m not sure to what we will be able to accommodate this, but as armor mentioned, this is certainly a conversation to have with sales
