i had seen a module USI WN-N-BM-09, is PO the same as this module, but just change the name ?
Yes the BM-09 is named as P0 under the Spark inventory.

I wonder is there any difference between BM-09 and P0, physically they are the same thing but seems like P0 is loaded up with spark based firmware, is it ?
BM-09 = P0.
The only difference is that there is an official 
logo printed on the casing! 
Yes, so basically it comes preloaded with spark firmware and bootloader so you don’t need to have those tools when you make a new board and worry about having a programmer
