Setup WiFi on Photon without using iOS Setup Library

I have the exact same use case - which seems the appropriate way to manage a fleet of devices.

1. The company sets up wifi, uploads custom firmware and tests.
2. The device is sent out to a customer.
3. The customer registers or logins to the company (used to link the customer to this device) and sets up the device wifi credentials using a mobile app, without having to claim the device.

So the company remains the owner - not the customer.

I believe there is some documentation bring delivered next week to more fully explain the process - hopefully this will provide more insight.
