Request tutorial on porting new libraries to Core

Hello folks,
Are there any step by step tutorial on how to add new libraries to Core? I got the BLUENRG shield from ST and would like to add it to my Photon. I am still waiting for my Photon to come, but I think it should work the same as Core.
