Powered off during Software update ... now P1 'bricked'?


our customer has powered off his product (P1) during a software update.

He then switched it back on and hit ‘reset’.

Now its just a blinking blue LED.

Is there a way to fix the product?


Blinking or flashing blue suggests that the wifi credentials have been scrubbed - hardly ‘bricked’!

Not clear how you enter WiFi credentials onto your P1 based product?
