Photon with several different sensors

I have done a lot of research about particle photon projects, but I have not found a project with more than one type of sensor operating on a single photon device. Is it possible to couple, say, 5 different sensors on a single photon and get simultaneous readings through Blynk without this causing a bug in the photon device?

I saw a project with 5 sensors using Spark Core,in:

but I could not replicate using Photon device. Can someone clarify this situation for me?

As long as you can code it properly, you should be able to hook up multiple sensors without many problems.
