@wselrahc12, can you be more specific about "does not work"?
One thing I noticed with the PD1616D is that is uses different NEMA sentences based on the constellation it is using (GPS, GLONASS or Galileo) as per this table in the datasheet:
Instead of a sentence starting with "GGA", it will instead start with "GPGGA" for example. So the NEMA parser in the Particle-GPS library won't be able to handle these changes without some modifications.
