Can you be more specific? Did you try anything and if so what?

I can only build/compile source to bin file, then flash, when the source requires no special library or include. As soon as the source requires a special library or include, I am lost.

@mmay, what platform are you on. Linux or Windows?

@mmay, assuming you have Windows, which version is it. Do you have the lastest Particle CLI installed?

Windows 10. I can install the latest Particle CLI.

@mmay, use the latest Windows installer for CLI which you can download from Particle.io.

Once you have it installed and tested, I’ll guide you from there.
