Live streaming remote video

We are starting work on a project streaming wildlife cameras back to a central location for recording and delivering to web sites (YouTube, etc). We have some particle products but I'm struggling to understand which, if any, could support that. I would expect the compressed feed from each camera is going to be 1-3 Mbps depending on the resolution we choose, and each location where a particle product would deliver the stream via LTE would only have a single camera. .

I haven't really seen anything other some 10 yr old posts asking similar questions so am wondering if someone can help me get a jumpstart on whether it should be possible and which products I should spend time looking at.

Thanks!

Unfortunately Particle is not currently set up for video streaming. As of now Particle.publish is limited to a payload of 1024 bytes and a frequency of once per second.

However, this may change with the recently announced Linux support.
