I am locked out of 2 factor authentication

I am unable to get to my Authy which was set up on my old Android phone. My backup codes do not work and I am locked out of 2FA and no longer able to open Particle web IDE. Is there any way to skip the 2FA ?. so i can use web IDE until I figure out how to use 2FA. Twilio is too difficult to use

You should submit a request using this form as some additional verification will be needed to reset it.

Thanks Sir. I have already done that but support team has asked me to reach out to the community page for help

Chris kindly released my 2FA. now I need help to set up Authy on my Android phone so I can go back to 2FA
