HTTP POST REST Sample code?

I found some sample code and now it seems to work 1 out of every 100 tries...I have updated and listed the code here:

HTTP Post Code Seems to cause RESET

Okay, so after some hunting and digging, I found a piece of HTTP Post code that uses the HTTP Client library.
