Program the Photon directly over serial

Hi, probably a silly question but is it possible to program the Photon locally What I want it to do is just try and connect to a network, turn off for say 10 minutes, try again turn off. It will never have access to the internet, however the routers will be aware of it

Since you never came back to that, I didn't see any point in adding the how-to
