Exchanging strings between tot photon using WIFI (no cloud)

Hello everybody,

I would like to exchange strings between two photons using the WIFI-network that the photons are connected to. For more reliability I would like to use only the WIFI-network, not the internet. Is there a simple example code available that can show you how to do this?
