Debugging with JTAG shield

Hey guys,

I setup local compiling through Netbeans (on Windows) following excellent video tutorial:

I also ported my app from Arduino. I would like to setup debugging now, so I could step through my programs. I searched forums, but it seems that complete end to end setup for NetBeans doesn’t exist, only for Eclipse and is quite scattered around and what I understood this is not an easy thing.

Is anyone working on setting up fully functional local IDE?

As a first step I understood I will need your Programming Shield and a programmer such as this one:

If I use your programming shield, can I still have my sensors connected to Spark Core while debugging?
