Boron questions

Hello,i just had some quick questions;

does it count against my data usage when the boron pings to particle sandbox or any ota usage?

when i first got my photon board i was able to connect it to my local wifi from the app and the option for the boron is not available is this something i can do but am just missing?

Will using the wifi chip be able create a webserver that can be published to the cellular chip and accessed remotlely?

@do_not_sleep, the Boron does not have a WiFi chip on it. The Boron supports cellular and BLE Bluetooth only. The Argon supports WiFi and BLE only and the Photon only supports WiFi.
