AT Commands interpretation

Hi, I am having trouble interpreting this section of the AT commands.

11.5 Save settings +CSAS
Description
Saves active message service settings from the current active memory (RAM) to non-volatile memory (NVM). The settings related to the +CSCA (the current SMSC address stored in RAM), +CSMP and +CSCB commands are stored in a specific SMS profile (only one profile is available).

Defined values
Parameter Type Description
Number Specific SMS profile index where to store the active message settings. The factory programmed value is 0.

I'm confused with this

(only one profile is available).

and this

The factory programmed value is 0.

Does that mean that the only profile available is 0? and that's the default one or, there is only one other available which I assume would be profile 1.

Thanks Ric
