About Modbus: Modbus RTU Example

Hey community,

Just wanting to highlight a document that @rickkas7 and I worked on giving brief overview of Modbus. The document also gives an example of how to interface Modbus RTU with a Particle device using the ModbusMaster library. The code in the example can be leveraged for any application that requires Modbus RTU.
