It looks that only 8-Bit SPI is supported, is there possibility to set up hardware SPI as 9-bit type ?
As far as I know the STM32 family don’t support 9-bit SPI, only 8/16-bit. You might look for a software API library that supports 9-bit comms.

Thanks for respond , I changed my TFT screen to 8bit SPI with DC signal.
