@G65434_2 are you wanting to do this via JavaScript in a browser or via a native iOS or Android app?

From what I remember, you were working on a web app. Have you tried this: https://github.com/spark/softap-setup-js#setting-the-devices-claim-code ? There is a method for sending a claim code to a device.

Thanks @jeiden I actually had no idea there was an official Particle softAP library now. I had been using a library created by one of the other Particle users. I’ll take a look at this now! EDIT: Seems like it’s been there for quite a while, not sure what I was up to…

@sparkly here is some code that will be helpful to you when creating the HTML page for your customers to reset their password: https://github.com/spark/customer-password-reset It will require you to host an HTML and JS file to ensure all works properly. Hope this is helpful!
