Hey @wesner0019, the pins are exposed via pads in the underneath of the photon pcb if you are gonna surface mount it :slight_smile:

Ok all this information about the new Photon is great… But I think there is one outstanding question I think everyone really wants to know, that I haven’t yet seen answered.

Will it still come with the sticker??? Please say it will still come with the sticker! :slight_smile:

haha great question! the packaging will be much smaller (itty bitty) but I’ll see what we can do about getting a sticker in there anyway :slight_smile:

A smaller package? Noooooo … you can make so many nice things with the current Spark core box - believe me, I’ve done it :stuck_out_tongue: But the stickers ARE A MUST!

part of the way that we got to $19 was by getting rid of packaging, but we still have a SKU that includes the box/USB/breadboard for people who want all the extra goodies!

Just got my first Photon the other day… And the fact that you guys actually put little tiny stickers in the box is AWESOME! Particle seriously RULES! :smiley: :smiley: :smiley:
