P1 breathing green but connected to the cloud

The recommended version for Gen 2 devices is 2.x LTS, so 2.3.0.

If the issue is the same as the one I (and others) faced, the problem appears in DeviceOS 2.2.0-rc.2 and onwards.
So maybe the safest bet here is 2.1.0.

• 2.0.1 works!
• 2.1.0 works!
• 2.2.0-rc.1 works!
• 2.2.0-rc.2 does NOT work
• 2.2.0: does NOT work
• 2.3.0: does NOT work
• 3.2.0: does NOT work
