Wiring up Photon to another MCU

I need confirmation on the Photon pins WKP and reset as the following:

Does these 2 pins require an EXTERNAL PULL UP or PULL DOWN resistors… that is upon connecting it to ANOTHER MCU?

  1. Does at logic HIGH, the Photon will wake UP from its sleeping state?

By the way, I am putting a new pcb to host this Photon. Thanks

What i know for WKP pin is that you need external pull-up/down and it is an active high pin
