When I connect core the computer freeze[SOLVED ]

Hi,
After format my computer freeze when I connect a core using usb,

I change the com port but the problem continue.

How can I solve this problem?

I had to format the hard drive. After that installed the particle driver and insert the core, windows 8.1 detected and after about 3 seconds the computer crashes. If I take the cable the PC back up and running

In the Windows event viewer I found this error:

Can not find the description of Event ID 1 at the origin “sermouse”. The component that raises this event is not installed on the local computer or the installation is damaged. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

I found the solution, open regedit searsh for “sermouse” change “start” value to 4
