I’m looking for a solution to trigger a light in my home with a text message.
I have it set up with IFTTT, but that works only if my phone is the one triggering it, and I want to have it trigger from any number or at least multiple phone number.
Does anyone have a solution / hack?

If you can not get on with ifttt, then blynk offers itself. You can install blynk on the smartphones of your choice and use the auth code multiple times. With the help of “terminal widget” you can transmit and read via text to a defined photon. With this you could use an if then else to read the trigger and start an action (light on).
Alternatively, you can also use a button directly, which controls a relay.
