Tinker to have Listening mode button within phone apps?

Just wondering if it would be possible to add a “enter wifi listening” button within the tinker app for phones.

I am having a small prototype production run of 250 devices and we are not having in-production programming performed. The devices will be already assembled and enclosed without a mode button being exposed. It would be handy when performing initial wifi creds to have a the above button on the tinker app so that listen mode can be initiated remotely without need to disassemble.

Just a thought.

How exactly would Tinker be able to connect without credentials in the first place? If it hasn’t got any credentials, it should boot in to listening mode anyway.
