I am developing an application in Android using the Android SDK for a Photon, however, I do not currently have a Photon. I am wondering whether I can test my application WITHOUT a physical device. Fake devices that does nothing. Any thoughts?

Testing Cloud API without Hardware

We have the gcc version if that helps but i’m not sure how much functionality you can get.
