I discovered about two weeks into October that I can no longer connect to the Internet.
I can do the following:
Connect to WiFi network, Ping to 8.8.8.8, Connect using Particle console. But, no Internet. I do not know if my free cellular time period has run out and is affecting my Internet connection. I saw some other traffic and tried particle-tachyon-ril-ctl vitals:
signal strength: -71, rsrp: -113, rsrq: -20 … Mobil carrier: Verizon wireless: act: 7, data_connection: 2, status: 0, retry: -1 …addresses: 100.79.0.69/30, dnses: 185.253.100.255, gateway: 100.79.0.70 … registration_state: 5 … registration_denied_reason: 255
what can I do to connect to Internet? If my free subscription ran out, how do I pay to continue?
Troubleshooting Celllular modem:
if experienceing connectivity issues, ensure the RILD service is runningt

power cycle the modem:

Internet came back on.
This is a temporary fix. However, I still do not know how to fix so both Cellular and WiFi are on!
