So my friend Jeff got me this particle board but he said it was released in 2015 and he hasn't used it since 2016. Lately we tried to activate it with the device number but it wouldn't take it. Is it possible that the board is not working or just outdated?
A SARA-G350 board should still work, but it is likely impacted by 2G/3G sunset situations depending on your location.
Please work with @jalbersr to see why the device isn't being accepted by our system. My strong guess is that the device is still claimed to the original user, who need to unclaim it on your behalf and remove it from any of their console's Products.
