Looks like it has been pulled as the link says it could not be found or has been removed.
I tried to search for Wi-Fi but looks like not there any but came across this failed one. Not surprised considering the fact the image is of a BT module and the range extension is impossible. You really do have to weed out the chaff on these sites.
