[Solved] Unable to Load New Program - Solid Magenta

I have been trying to load a new program onto my core, but I haven’t had any luck since last night. The LED is slowly breathing cyan. Attempted loading from the web IDE results in the LED turning solid magenta. According to the LED guide this means that the connection to the cloud has been lost. I’ve tried pushing the reset button as suggested, but no luck.

Any ideas how to fix this problem?

Have you tried doing a factory reset? I have experienced many bugs but not this one. Remember that 1 factory reset isnt always enough. Last fault I had which was today I had to factory reset it twice.

Thanks @Herner, the factory rest worked and I’m able to upload new programs.
