[SOLVED]Photon First setup missing something?

Ok hi first setup. Been digging the readme and forms no luck.

Trying to setup from android.

Plugged in to computer for power. Flashing blue ;sofar so good.
Installed app onto tablet.
Connected to photon WiFi. App can see the photon but fails cuz no internet. When connected to the WiFi it does not see the photon.

The doc is saying yo connect to the photon and internet at the same time yet only have one radio?

What am I missing?

The app first has to be connected to wifi, it will tell you exactly when you switch. Try to follow the steps in the app as closely as possible, and give it another shot?

Not sure what I did different but it is working now and I can flash the light with the app…

Next on to more complicated things.
