I am trying to activate the sim card on two new E0 modules. When I enter in the correct device ID (serial number) it says the serial number is invalid. Happens on both of these E0 modules, and the number is correct. It matches the decal, and I copied and pasted it from the CLE after a particle serial identify.
It literally says “That serial number is not valid.”
I WAS USING the Device Id instead of the serial number that is only on the printed label.
Problem solved.
