I’ve purchased a batch of Photons and when setting up and connecting to the network, the photon won’t disconnect from the softAP. It errors out and tells you to reset the Photon. This is the first time I’ve run into this error. Is this a firmware issue in the Photon. I ran it on two phones and both times it gave the same error message. Any ideas of how to correct this problem?
