Will the voltage on the CSPORT flag be the same if R10 & R11 are removed from the circuit?

Where is ground? I can see the +5V but I can’t see where it goes. Out the bottom of R11 perhaps?
Sorry, yes it goes to GND.
Actually never mind. I just verified that the function this links to is not needed or required.
