Question about upgrading to 0.7.0-rc.3

Hi,

I’m looking to upgrade from 0.6.1 to 0.7.0-rc.3 and have downloaded the system parts from Github. I noticed that there is a new bootloader and just wanted to confirm if I should flash the bootloader before part1, part2 and part3? Or is supposed to be done in a different order?
