Power peripheral from photon?

I just brought a BLE from Redbearlab’s BLE Shield for the bluetooth communication with photon, however I found the photon could provide 3.3v while BLE needs at least 3.6v, normally 5v from USB could power it as well.

so how could I do to power the BLE from photon?

Have a look at the (awesome new docs): https://docs.staging.particle.io/datasheets/photon-datasheet/#power

thanks, but all I know from the doc is photon provides 3.3v.

If you power it from the micro USB, then reading the first paragraph of the docs I linked you to should provide you with the answers you need.
