I have a Photon that I can’t connect to WiFi. When I power up the Photon I am getting a fast blinking cyan light with an occasional red blink. I took a video of it here: [https://youtu.be/xLdwDjkNk4A](https://youtu.be/xLdwDjkNk4A). If I try to configure the Photon using the CLI and “particle setup” it just loops “Obtaining device information…” after putting the WiFi information. If I configure WiFi using “particle serial wifi” it just reboots and goes back to same condition as the video.

This issue can be found by searching the forum for _"red burst_" or _“orange burst”_.

It has to do with damaged encryption keys

I did see those, but I missed the part about flashing the public key to the Photon. That fixed it.
